Shipping & Delivery
We normally dispatch orders within 24 hours on weekdays. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next working day. Please provide a physical address, as our courier company does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Standard delivery times
- North Island: 1-3 working days
- South Island: 2-5 working days
- Rural Deliveries: Please allow an extra 1-2 working days

We are a New Zealand company located in Auckland and we currently only ship within NZ. All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST. However if you are outside of NZ and would like to order from us, please contact us on info@coolkitty.co.nz for more information.
